Start an asynchronous job to find IPs that are unique to the source workspace (i.e., IPs that exist in the source workspace but not in the target workspace).
This endpoint returns a job ID that can be used to poll for the job status and retrieve results using the GET /v3/workspaces/unique-ips/{job_id} endpoint.
